RelayGrid is a service operated by CreativeDesign LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). When this Privacy Policy refers to RelayGrid, it refers to the platform and services operated by CreativeDesign LLC. All data collection, processing, and privacy practices described herein are carried out by CreativeDesign LLC on behalf of RelayGrid.
1. Introduction
RelayGrid is a service operated by CreativeDesign LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of your end users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our mass notification platform, dashboard, REST API, and SDKs (collectively, the "Services").

2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account and Registration Information When you create an account, we collect information such as your name, email address, company name, phone number, billing address, and payment information.
2.2 Usage Data We automatically collect data about how you interact with our Services, including API calls made, dashboard activity, notification campaigns created and sent, delivery logs, engagement analytics (open rates, click-through rates), device types, IP addresses, browser type, and operating system.
2.3 Customer Data (End User Data) In providing the Services, we process data you provide about your own end users, such as device tokens, user identifiers, and notification content. This data is processed on your behalf as described in Section 5. You are the data controller for this data; we act as a data processor.
2.4 SDK Data If your application integrates our SDK, the SDK may collect technical information from end users' devices necessary to deliver notifications, including device tokens, operating system version, app version, and notification interaction events (e.g., delivered, opened, dismissed).
2.5 Communications We collect information you provide when you contact our support team, respond to surveys, or communicate with us by email or other means.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use information collected for the following purposes:
- To provide and operate the Services, including delivering notifications, providing analytics, and maintaining your account;
- To process payments and manage billing;
- To communicate with you about your account, service updates, security alerts, and support requests;
- To improve the Services, including analyzing usage patterns, debugging, and developing new features;
- To ensure security and prevent fraud, including monitoring for unauthorized access and abuse;
- To comply with legal obligations, including responding to lawful requests from public authorities;
- For marketing purposes (with your consent where required), such as sending information about new features or offers. You may opt out at any time.
4. Geographic Restrictions
RelayGrid is not offered to, and may not be used by, individuals or entities located in the European Union. We do not accept registrations from EU-based users and do not knowingly process personal data subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If we become aware that an EU-based user has accessed the Services, we will terminate that account and delete associated data promptly. 5. Data We Process on Your Behalf
When you use our Services to send notifications to your end users, you (the Customer) are the data controller for your end users' personal data. We process that data solely on your instructions as a data processor. We will not use your end users' data for our own purposes beyond what is necessary to provide the Services. We will enter into a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with you upon request, as required by applicable law.
6. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
6.1 Service Providers. We engage trusted third-party vendors to assist in providing the Services, such as cloud hosting providers, payment processors, analytics platforms, and customer support tools. These vendors are contractually bound to use your information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf.
6.2 Business Transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction. We will notify you of any such change and the choices available to you.
6.3 Legal Requirements. We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

We retain your account and usage information for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide the Services and comply with our legal obligations. Customer Data (end user data) is retained for the duration of your subscription and for up to 30 days following termination, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized. You may request deletion of your data at any time as described in Section 10.
8. Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or destruction. These measures include encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, regular security audits, and SOC 2-aligned practices. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
In the event of a data breach that is likely to affect your rights and freedoms, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
9. International Data Transfers
Our Services are operated from the United States of America. If you are accessing the Services from outside of the United States of America, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States of America or other countries where our service providers operate. We ensure that any cross-border transfers comply with applicable data protection laws, including through the use of Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
